As the **Regional Manager RSS**, you’ll work remotely as part of a team supporting Lifemark’s Rehabilitation Services Vocational Assistance Program (RSVP) and veterans across Canada. This team makes a difference in the lives of Canada’s veterans, their families and communities by providing rehabilitation services. Lifemark's Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program (RSVP) is delivered on behalf of Veterans Affairs Canada and in partnership with WCG Services.

The **Regional Manager RSS** has a passion for developing motivated, diverse and engaged teams. **What **you’ll** do**- Lead a team of Rehabilitation Service Specialists in the delivery and coordination of Rehabilitation Services for program participants-
- Provide overall leadership and oversight to ensure effective development and management of budget, business and quality management plans; service initiatives; programming; and employer outreach - all in collaboration and coordination with funder and regional leadership-
- Manage the team to provide superior participant-centered services that lead to successful outcomes in a timely and efficient manner-
- Develop motivated, diverse and engaged teams to ensure they are successful in their roles-
- Establish and meet caseload and performance metrics-
- Manage federal government relationship and act as primary regional contact for funder and VAC representatives-
- Monitor staffing and capacity levels and creates strategies to address changes in referral volumes-
- Ensure service standards and outcomes meet and exceed contract requirements and develops strategies to address performance gaps**What you bring**- A **current health professional designation**, **Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional (CVRP)**, or a **Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional - Fellow (CVRP -F)**- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the direct provision of medical, psychosocial or vocational rehabilitation services (or a combination thereof) including conducting medical, psycho-social or vocational rehabilitation assessments; working with persons living with mental or physical health issues; analyzing and interpreting medical, psycho-social or vocational assessments and making recommendations based upon critical analysis; and, working with a variety of health professionals and disciplines in an inter-disciplinary team environment-
- Two (2) or more years’ management-level experience in disability management, case management, or vocational rehabilitation services-
- Demonstrated experience building partnerships with employers, community agencies and other stakeholders-
