- **What You'll Be Doing**:_

**Lead and supervise** service department activities through excellent communication, exceptional customer service and commitment to delivering on time.

**Instruct and mentor** the team, fostering a positive culture of accountability, trust, open communication, and excellence.

**Create, coordinate, and adapt** schedules ensuring on-time delivery.

**Assist technicians **in problem solving and ensuring jobs are completed on time.

**Maintain high safety and quality standards.**

**Resolve work problems **and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

**Oversee the heart of our operations** - our equipment and facilities to ensure everything is maintained at its best, with a clean and tidy shop, appropriately stocked and maintained shop supplies, inventory, and operating smoothly and efficiently.

**Ensure all personnel comply with work standards**, policies, and procedures.

**Hire, train, and mentor staff.**

**Develop teamwork and motivate employees** through setting clear expectations, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
- **Experience You'll Bring**:_
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in service operations.
- Technical qualification or certification in automotive or manufacturing discipline preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for working in a quality-based and technology advanced organization.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as a technician in an Automotive, Truck or Trailer Service Environment.
- Experience with the Alberta Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program (CVIP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with shop management software an asset.
