**Union Lighting & Décor—Sales and Design Consultant (Bilingual)**

**The Role**:
**Please Note this is a Full Time in Person position**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Client Consulting**:

- Assist customers in selecting lighting and decor products that meet their functional and aesthetic needs.
- Provide design consultations via phone, video calls, or chat platforms to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service.

**2. Business Development**:

- Identify opportunities for new business partnerships and collaborations.
- Build relationships with interior designers, developers, and contractors to drive B2B and B2C growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize e-commerce campaigns and promotions to attract new clients.

**3. Product & Market Expertise**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights to the product team regarding popular designs and customer preferences to inform inventory decisions.

**4. E-commerce Operations Support**:

- Work with the operations team to resolve customer inquiries related to product availability, shipping, damages and returns.

**5. Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, and IT) to support e-commerce growth initiatives.
- Provide weekly sales reports and business development updates to department leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, business development, or design consulting (e-commerce experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and e-commerce platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A creative mindset and customer-centric approach to sales.

**Responsabilités principales**:
**1. Ventes et consultation client**:

- Aider les clients à choisir des produits d'éclairage et de décoration répondant à leurs besoins fonctionnels et esthétiques.
- Offrir des consultations en design par téléphone, appel vidéo ou plateformes de discussion pour enrichir l'expérience d'achat en ligne.
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de ventes individuels grâce à un service client exceptionnel.

**2. Développement des affaires**:

- Identifier des opportunités pour de nouveaux partenariats et collaborations d'affaires.
- Établir des relations avec les designers d'intérieur, les développeurs et les entrepreneurs pour stimuler la croissance B2B et B2C.
