_**Motion Fitness Red Deer are currently looking for energetic and qualified Sales Associates to join our team.**_

- Sales Associates are the first people members see when they walk through the door. You must be able to deliver a high level of customer service while also promoting the values, culture and standards of our brand. Performance and compensation will be reflected by the Sales Associate’s ability to sell new memberships as well as their overall attitude and dedication to Motion Fitness._

**HOURS OF WORK**

We are currently looking for a full-time employee for our Red Deer location - 10am-6pm.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into Motion Fitness
- Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients;
- Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns;
- Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Motion Fitness training programs; and
- Works closely with manager to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
- Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls;
- Establishes and maintains an effective referral program;
- Books appointments for prospective members, describe benefits of joining Motion Fitness, studio tours, present membership options;
- Follow up on Personal Training orientations to make sure these are booked correctly and each member are receiving their complimentary session
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets;
- Maintains accurate records using established Motion Fitness sales systems;
- Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area;

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in a customer service, sales, or the fitness industry is an asset but not necessary;
- Strong communication skills;
- Highly organized, attention to detail and ability to multitask are a must;
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- The ability to take initiative, and build relationships with new and diverse people
