About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Q Nails. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on our products and services.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Promote and sell our products, maintaining a thorough knowledge of our inventory and product offerings.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reordering systems to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to support sales and inventory management.
  • Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
