Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Finishing Supervisor to join our team. As a Cabinet Finishing Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all finishes are correctly applied to cabinets and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various materials and tools. A comprehensive understanding of the finishing process is required.

Supervisory responsibilities:

- Ensure that cabinets are prepared for finishing by sanding, filling, and repairing any imperfections
- Ensure that stains, paints, varnishes, or other finishes are applied to cabinets according to specifications
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete finishing tasks
- Inspect finished cabinets for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Skills**:

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Experience with project planning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Problem solving skills to resolve technical finishing issues.
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or bending
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cabinet finishing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
