**Who We Are**:
The Hatching Post Saloon & Smokery, located in the heart of wine country in West Kelowna, is a hustling, bustling watering hole for weary travellers featuring authentic Texas-style BBQ and in-house brewed Craft Beer. The quality of food and drinks is only matched by our unique saloon atmosphere.

We are now hiring **Servers** to add to our growing team**. **Our quickly growing company has plenty of opportunities for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any concerns or special requests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

**What we need from you**:

- Previous experience as a server or in the restaurant industry preferred
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Knowledge of POS systems and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional hospitality to guests
