**As a Power Trader you will**:

- Analyze short-term data to look for profitable trading strategies through Northeast and Midwest markets
- Build efficient strategies trading the following markets: IESO, MISO, PJM, NYISO and ISO-NE
- Make decisions quickly and mitigate risk through accurate execution
- Trade short term cash market to optimize portfolio
- Work on a varying shift schedule as part of the real-time desk

**Profiles we are looking for**:

- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical capabilities
- You have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and changing environment
- You have experience in the power trading industry
- You understand the market fundamentals and power asset modeling
- You have strong statistical and quantitative analysis abilities
- You have strong programming skills in SQL, VBA and Python and you are ready to demonstrate this during a technical test

**En tant que Trader Junior tu seras amené(e) à**:

- Analyser les données à court terme pour identifier des stratégies de trading rentables sur les marchés du Nord-Est et du Midwest
- Élaborer des stratégies efficaces sur les marchés: IESO, MISO, PJM, NYISO et ISO-NE
- Prendre des décisions rapidement et réduire les risques à travers une exécution précise
- Appliquer la structure de risque et de conformité
- Négocier sur le marché des liquidités à court terme afin d'optimiser le portfolio
- Travailler selon un horaire variable

- Tu as l’esprit entrepreneurial et de solides capacités d'analyse
- Tu as la capacité de travailler sous pression dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Tu as de l'expérience dans le secteur du commerce de l'électricité
- Tu comprends les fondamentaux du marché et la modélisation des actifs énergétiques
- Tu as de fortes capacités d'analyse statistique et quantitative
- Tu as de solides compétences en programmation SQL, VBA et Python et tu es prêt à le démontrer lors d'un test technique
