Epic Safety is a North Vancouver based company specializes in developing monitored, cloud connected life safety and security devices. We are transforming the way seniors connect to their family and help providers in case of an emergency. We're building the most user friendly and advanced devices and platform that brings peace of mind to seniors and their loved ones. At the moment, we are looking for a **Business development manager **to extend our existing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct research to identify new markets
- Providing the highest level of service to customers and arrange business meetings.
- Receiving customer feedback and escalating/resolving issues as required
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and Outside Sales team
- Monitoring the status of orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in addition to monitoring backorders and updating customers as required
- Analyzing sales and product information, evaluating trends and opportunities
- Preparing reports and analysis on sales and margins
- Providing accurate product pricing and quotations to customers
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Perform effective online demos/product training to prospects
- Building strong relationships and generating sales with existing customers and new prospects
- Working to achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a sales/business development role
- Proven B2B Inside Sales experience
- Experience in customer service (inbound or outbound calls)
- Strong computer knowledge (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to learn new skills quickly
- Written and spoken English is required
- Highly disciplined with effective time management skills to meet and beat deadlines

Nice to have:

- Experience working with Zoho CRM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
