**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking to build a team that will inspire and lead by taking an engaging approach to the cannabis experience. **THE ROLE**

The role of Keyholder is designed to support the store in reaching all store objectives, such as ensuring excellent customer service, exceptional product knowledge, and regular store maintenance. You will also assist in strategic merchandising and handling product shipments, all while learning and developing as a leader.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to learn about, prepare for, and show your aptitude for senior management roles.

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Keyholder, you will be directly responsible for:

- Exemplifying the behaviors and culture of Ouid in all customer interactions
- Adhering to company standards to foster an environment of positivity, integrity, and teamwork through respect of customers, team members, and leadership
- Educating customers in support of their cannabis knowledge
- Being all about delivering best-in-class service and ensuing we ae meeting the needs of our customers
- Contributing to successful business results and operational excellence through responsible and ethical selling techniques including using open-ended questions and upselling
- Keep up to date on new brands, products, and innovations within the industry
- Counting, balancing, and completing cash reconciliations daily
- Ensure the cleanliness of the store is maintained daily
- Assisting with product management including ordering, receiving, and inventory to reduce avoidable shrinkage
- Asset protection, ensuring security is upheld including the use of locked product storage, secure visual displays, and the use of store alarms
- Ensuring day-to-day operations of the business from all levels are in line with Ouid Standards including visual merchandising and inventory management
- Adhering to brand standards, policies, and industry regulations and procedures are met through continuous coaching in tandem with the Store Manager
- Running the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Other duties as required

**THE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven success in offering an exceptional customer experience and coaching a team
- A passion for positively changing the way our communities see cannabis
- A desire to have fun while supporting your team through continuous coaching and collaboration
- Minimum one-year experience in a leadership role within a retail, sales, or hospitality environment considered an asset
- Previous knowledge of the Cannabis industry considered an asset
- Reliable transportation as some shifts may be out of normal public transportation operating hours

- **Applicants must have completed Ontario's CannSell training and be able to provide a copy of the certificate as pursuant to the Cannabis License Act and Ontario Regulation 468/18**
