**Votre fonction**:
Un de nos clients est une entreprise internationale, manufacturière et distributrice d’éclairage.

Situé dans l’Ouest de l’Île de Montréal, ils cherchent un coordonnateur supply chain qui aura sous sa charge les achats, la logistique et le transport.

Relevant du Directeur Opérations, voici les volets et responsabilités du rôle:
1. Achats
- Préparer et traiter les demandes d'achat ainsi que les bons de commandes pour l'approvisionnement des processus d'affaires liés aux clients (ventes) ou à usage interne (échantillon).
- Suivi de l'état de la commande depuis l'accusé de réception de la commande jusqu'à la livraison à temps.
- Supervise les délais de livraison et contacte le fournisseur en cas de retard.
- Maintenir les contacts avec les fournisseurs (fournir des informations, répondre aux questions).

2. Transport local
- Analyser les systèmes et les procédures de transport et de distribution pour assurer une livraison efficace et économique.
- Demandes de prix de transports hors normes, analyser et sélectionner la meilleure offre.
- Organisation des transports de l'entrepôt local au client final et responsabilité de la préparation des documents nécessaires (documents douaniers, factures pro forma pour l’importation des marchandises).
- Vérifier et approuver la facturation des transports.

3. Contrôle d’inventaires et gestion d’entrepôts (Incluant système comptable AX)
- Communication avec l'entrepôt concernant les marchandises entrantes et sortantes, les transports planifiés ou les retours des clients.
- Superviser la préparation des marchandises pour le transport (emballage, mesure et pesage) et envoyer ces informations à la société de transport ou au client.
- Préparer toute la documentation relative aux marchandises entrantes et sortantes (bons de travail, bons de livraison, étiquettes d'expédition, etc.).
- Vérification des marchandises (quantité et qualité) après réception et réceptionner les stocks dans le système comptable AX.
- Contrôle de l'exactitude des opérations de l'entrepôt
- Préparer l'inventaire annuel, effectuer des inventaires physiques et concilier les résultats avec les registres d'inventaire. Reporter les résultats à la partie responsable concernée

**Votre profil**:

- Bilingue français et anglais - parlé et écrit
- Connaissance du système comptable AX
- 5 ans d'expérience dans le même type de poste
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de communication
- Connaissance approfondie des méthodes, techniques et processus de travail
- Attitude axée sur le client
- Esprit d'équipe
