**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including handling reservations and payments.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about hotel services, room availability, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and special requests using hotel management software.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Provide concierge services by recommending local restaurants, attractions, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in phone systems with excellent phone etiquette is essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding guest services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment are crucial for success in this role.
