We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team here at The Vancouver Club. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will use your creative and analytical skills plus a passion for storytelling to communicate the Club experience to existing members, potential members and private clients. You will collaborate with the award-winning Vancouver Club team to grow the Club’s brand and expand its messaging to our digital audiences while ensuring a consistent look and feel of The Vancouver Club brand across all digital channels. This role requires a flexible work schedule to be maintained, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, execute and continually optimize a holistic digital marketing strategy
encompassing social media, digital ads, website, e-newsletters, and e-commerce.
Create, manage, analyze, and report on social engagement on Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Follow a consistent schedule for all social media output highlighting the Club’s rich history,
services and offerings.
Use e-newsletters to communicate with members regarding events, services and important updates in a timely and effective manner.
Design a wide variety of print and digital collateral in support of department projects and
events.
Collaborate with our website developer to continually enhance the user experience on the
VC website.
Maintain and optimize the Club’s Shopify store.
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:
Formal education in digital marketing preferred.
Previous marketing and social media experience, preferably with private clubs, hospitality
or luxury brands.
Strong graphic design skills.
Strong copywriting skills.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
Experience with WordPress or similar software.
Experience with Shopify or similar software
Photography skills are a plus.
Ability to interact and build strong relationships with diverse groups.
