**Job purpose**

Responsible for maintaining and managing the ERP systems inventory integrity and provide training to all the Stake Holders.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Track and report all issues pertaining to ERP system.
- Assess the user needs and present solutions through use of existing ERP systems.
- Training of users for all departments for effective usage of JustFood ERP.
- Collaborate with various departments in the company to facilitate implementation of new or improved processes, functions, and reporting. Creating the document for requirements to improve the processes and ensuring that their needs are met before interacting with JustFood support team.
- Interact with JustFood team to coordinate the implementation of newly created features and functions.
- Identify problems and suggest solutions by analyzing operational processes, develop customized business process solutions to improve performance and efficiency for Production.
- Design, test & help in deployment of customizations for new processes and perform various testing procedures for the successful implementation of the system.
- Train users for new deployments/customizations in the system.
- Creating User roles and permissions and define who can access, view, modify, or delete data and processes within the system. Setting up these user roles and permissions correctly helps in improving security, efficiency, compliance, and accountability in the organization. Also, advice users and management about the company policies related to the ERP system.
- Implement EDI processes for Sales and Purchase sides and train users for sending EDI related documents.
- Assist users in resolving problems and answer questions with mínimal supervision.
- Initiate and lead ERP related projects and provide day to day support.
- Synergize Production/Supply Chain with ERP [Output Verification/Shipments].
- Create Trial MOs [Manufacturing Orders] for NPD department for proper consumption of ingredients and packaging materials.
- Reconciliation of 7 series inventory by assessing various reports and doing necessary adjustments.
- Create weekly inventory adjustments reports and analyze with Cost Analyst.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**.
- Ability to document and multi-task.
- Programming skills.
- Manufacturing industry knowledge is a plus.
- You are comfortable communicating with all levels of staff in the organization.
- You should enjoy working as part of a team while still very comfortable taking an idea and running with it on your own.
- You embrace change because you know that any process can always be improved upon.
- Lastly, you view Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word as important tools in your tool box and consider yourself somewhat of an expert.
