OBJECTIVE
We are seeking for a dynamic and organized Pattern Maker to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce balanced patterns for properly fitting garments;
- Participate in fit sessions with designers for product development;
- Recreate desired look and proportions of requested styling;
- Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle from development to salemans sample production to final production;
- Assure clear and detailed specifications of construction methods and cutting guidelines;
- Assure accuracy of the bill of materials;
- Assure accuracy of the garment specifications and finishing;
- Assure feasibility and efficiency of construction methods and give appropriate feedback when needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Fashion Design Diploma
- 5-10 years of experience in pattern design for ladies’ apparel;
- Knowledge of computerized pattern design, ideally using Lectra;
- Strong knowledge of pattern theory and fitting corrections;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner;
- Bilingualism required, French and English
