**Site Maintenance Coordinator**

We are seeking a **part-time** **Site Maintenance Coordinator** to join our team in Chilliwack, BC. **_This person would ideally be available 5 days a week, 2 hours a day._**

**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly conduct sweeping of curbs, curb stops, walkways and stairs.
- Garbage maintenance; empty, adjust and reline pails, clean around bins, general litter, and food waste cleanup of the premises.
- Utilize Blower to ensure clean sidewalks, steps, garage, ramp, etc
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of planters, railings, garbage bins, garage doors, gates.
- Perform regular maintenance by clearing and cleaning two drainage ditches.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the janitorial and electrical rooms.
- Communicating and reporting maintenance issues to the property owner.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Driver’s License
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Ability to perform physical duties including sweeping, lifting, and carrying.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively complete tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to report maintenance issues promptly and accurately.
- Dependability and self-motivation to work independently and fulfil assigned responsibilities.
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
