- You’ll act as a change leader, supporting and promoting changes to our recruitment processes, technologies and programs as required;
- You will manage one internal recruiter and support their growth and development.
- Partner with hiring managers to build effective recruiting processes that make sense for the role and the market; recruiting is not a one-size-fits-all approach and you will help to tailor our approach based on who we need to hire, when we need to hire them and where they need to be
- Help build resources and deliver training for hiring managers and teams around sourcing, interviewing, using the ATS, etc.
- Lead in the development of inclusive recruitment and hiring practices;
- Partnering with hiring managers to execute on hiring strategies with regular updates and shared analytics;
- Collaborating with hiring manager to create job postings;
- You’ll regularly collaborate with the HR team on various initiatives to ensure we are all succeeding together by creating a positive, respectful and inspiring work environment;
**What you bring to the team?**:

- You have at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced high-growth company or with a scaling organization
- You are data driven and lead with information, can bring clear reporting to the organization and know how to position Recruitment as a true business partner
- You build great relationships with your hiring managers and seek to get a deeper understanding of their teams/functions; you don't need to know how to code, but you understand how software is written and how a product is built
- You are comfortable with both working very independently and spending a lot of time collaborating; you can manage your time, goals and workload effectively and juggle multiple priorities
- You possess an intuitive, methodical, curious, tenacious and persevering mindset
- You are highly self-directed and solution-oriented with a high sense of urgency to deliver results and meet business deadlines
- You are passionate about learning about the motivations of others and what drives them in their career;
- You are curious - always questioning, always probing, and never simply accepting what is.
- You live for continuous improvement - whether it’s processes, workflows or cost savings.
- You love finding diverse talent and helping to build great teams in high growth companies
- You are a strong, clear communicator who knows how to keep stakeholders at all levels on the same page
