At **Bravo Target Safety,** our priority is to get all workers home safely every day. We are a leading provider of safety and medical services to the oil & gas, pipeline, power, mining, and agriculture sectors throughout western Canada.

Reporting to the **Director of Business Development**, the position can be based one out of our 5 locations in Alberta with the potential to work remotely as needed, noting that the position will involve frequent travel.

**Position Description**

**What you do**:

- Building key customer relationships with new and existing customers
- Working with staff from various departments to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue
- Managing existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retain business
- Identifying business opportunities, generate warm leads, and seek out partnerships
- Presenting new products and services and enhance existing relationships
- Predicting customers’ future needs and devise strategies and action plans to meet those needs
- Staying up to date on the company’s current product and service offerings
- Consulting with and presenting to senior management on business trends to develop new services, products, and distribution channels
- Identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to increased sales
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Forecasting sales targets and ensure they are met by the sales team
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions

**Position Requirements**

**What you bring**:

- Experience in a business development role in medical services or related industry.
- Experience in the oil & gas industry is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Excellent organizational, strategic, planning, and implementation skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to create realistic schedules and meet deadlines under stress and interruptions.
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, and facts
- A postsecondary degree is not essential but is considered an asset
