**Adamson Builders Inc **services the construction needs of Adamson Systems Engineering, a globally renowned audio technology manufacturer. While ongoing projects include an expansion and renovation of the existing building, a 95,000 sq ft manufacturing facility on 38 acres of M2 Industrial land in beautiful Port Perry, Ontario, a future project to build a second standalone manufacturing facility requires the need for a Project Manager.

**Job Summery**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Planning the full scope of a new build
- Identifying savings in resources, materials, and contractors
- Engage with engineering firms to procure stamped drawings
- Participate in site inspections
- Keep the construction team on schedule
- Report on progress to managers & supervisors

**Requirements**:

- 8-10 years of project management in construction - preferably in an industrial setting
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills including the ability to manage project budgets and schedules.
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry including building materials, construction specifications, methods and procedures, construction law and building codes, and safety and
- Valid G driver's license with access to vehicle.
