Momenta Inc., based in Treaty One Territory, Winnipeg, Manitoba, is looking for a passionate and energetic Instructor. This position requires a confident individual who is willing to work outdoors, enjoys frequent interaction with others, and is highly organized.

Instructors deliver experiential education programming, outdoor education, adventure sports (biking, hiking, and canoeing) and forest school programming. Instructors attend team meetings and trainings and always work with at least one other team member at programs. Instructors follow all policies and procedures, communicate exceptionally, and ensure quality programming. Instructors are willing and confident to complete administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Certificate or degree in education, outdoor education, adventure education or other relevant degree Forest School Practitioner Certificate, Advanced Wilderness First Aid Certification, and Paddle Canada Instructor Certification are assets.
- Experience delivering outdoor experiential education programs.
- Exceptional communication, decision making and organizational skills.
- Experience driving with a trailer is an asset.
- Confidence and experience leading hiking, biking, and canoeing programs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
