Manager of Care and Housing - Marineview HousingSociety

We are a charity that provides provides care to adults with significant mental illness in our licensed housing sites. We are seeking someone committed to client-centred care to join our team here in North Vancouver. This is one of 3 manager positions.

This Management position is responsible for the operations of a licensed facility including provision of care for residents, hiring, coaching and supervision of unionized staff, liaison with external resources and the operations of the site. We work closely with VCH mental health teams.

**Requirements**:

- Licensing or certification in the health care as a Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or equivalent.
- one to three years progressive supervisory experience. Working with collective agreements an asset.
- While primarily a Monday - Friday position, the ability to flex time is needed to address 24/7 operations is needed. There is shared call
- A car and driver’s license are required.
Fluency in languages other than English is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $72,000.00-$92,000.00 per year
