**Key Accountabilities**:
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Assist with Operational duties: ordering/receiving, cycle counting and inventory management
- Oversee E-Commerce department: ensure there is adequate supplies, assist with any escalated customer issues, communicate with shipping/delivery companies
- Ordering all store supplies: signage, office, E-Commerce, operational
- Responsible for completing all month end reporting
- Assist the Manager with any special projects
- Be mindful of customer and industry trends in order to identify opportunities to expand customer base and increase store traffic
- Lead by example at all times when on the sales floor
- Participate in coaching and mentoring of all staff on an ongoing basis
- Maintain open communication with Management team with respect to any opportunities for team development

**Qualifications**
WSET Level 2 _or_ applicable liquor industry experience
4-5 years in customer service or retail industry
Experience coaching/mentoring a team
Understanding of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Publisher
Serving it Right certificate (must be 19+)
