**Title: Installation Department Administrator**

**Job Description**:

- Schedule installation and service
- At time of scheduling ensure we have an authorized contact Name and number that will be available to sign off on acceptance of completed work
- Confirm readiness of site with customers 5 business days in advance
- Provide scheduling to Sales dept. for all new orders.
- Co-ordinate with production and inventory control to confirm materials will meet installation schedule.
- Track installation progress and ensure all work order paperwork is completed.
- Check all returned work orders for customer sign-off. If not signed contact customers to make arrangements for final inspection and sign off by qualified personnel.
- When operators are installed ensure customers are available for training.
- Contact customers once work is completed to ensure job was satisfactory.
- Ensure Doortech workorders are filled to specifications.
- Ensure locations of workorders are submitted to HR the week prior to be loaded onto app. and installers are clocking in/out on specific jobs.
- Assist Installation Coordinator with Installation pricing to Sales Dept. as required.
