**What will I be doing?**
- Develop and control the communications of the general service status reports, schedule modifications, and overall daily operation of the Transit and Express service network.
- Communicate implementation of the incident management processes identified in continuity and emergency responses, and recovery plans to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate and facilitate effective communication and information flow with all internal and external customers in conjunction with service recovery, schedule adjustments, and service disruptions.
- Ensure timely and accurate information dissemination to relevant personnel and stakeholders.
- Participate in various project teams and committees.

**What skills & qualifications do I need?**
- Completion of a diploma in Business Administration, Transportation, or related field or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed equivalent.
- Completion of a degree or diploma in Emergency Management/Telecommunications, Business, Supply Chain, and Management would be considered an asset.
- Environmental, safety, and/or regulatory transportation courses or certifications are an asset.
- Excellent computer skills with high-level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly become proficient in the use of proprietary software.
- Ability to quickly assess and act upon situations in a fast-paced environment and to successfully manage under pressure and respond to critical changing priorities.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Experience with unionized staff is an asset.
- Must successfully complete environmental, safety, and other training required by corporate policy or regulatory agencies.
