**Bilingual Pharmacy Assistant (French/English)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medication accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Enter prescriptions into the pharmacy computer system and process refill requests
- Maintain accurate records of prescription orders and patient profiles
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients
- Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure the pharmacy is clean and organized
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Communicate with third-party insurance providers and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Translate medication instructions for patients as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Fluent in both English and French
- Completion of a pharmacy assistant program or equivalent work experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software programs
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
