We are currently looking for an LTL Supervisor for our Pickering terminal.

**Job ID**: _PICSUP2024_
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 2:00am to 10:00am
**Position Type**: Permanent, Full Time
**Salary**: $60,000
**Workplace address**: 910 McKay Rd. Pickering, ON. L1W 3X8
- LTL Load Planning, optimizing, scheduling and routing drivers for pick up and deliveries
- Dispatching and Appointment Booking
- Utilize GLS software to produce Driver manifests and reports for Terminal Manager
- Excellent geographical knowledge of the GTA & Durham region
- Supervise, coach, lead and train personnel

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the Transportation Industry is preferred
- Previous Forklift experience is an asset but not a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to exercise initiative, multi task and work well as part of a team
- Experienced in customer service
- Organized and detail oriented
- Proficient with computer programs/dispatch systems and Microsoft office
