Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited, Brokerage, is Toronto’s premier luxury real estate brokerage. We are looking for a Digital Specialist to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who has applied expertise in social media management, content creation, pay-per-click advertising (PPC) and search engine optimization (SEO).

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation, management and measurement of digital marketing campaigns developed to increase awareness of the Chestnut Park brand and its unique offerings to Realtors® and generate demand among Consumers in the luxury residential real estate space.

Working under the direction of Chestnut Park’s leadership team and the VP of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will develop marketing plans for execution on digital channels, monitor brand reputation and sentiment, collect and analyze data to optimize marketing efforts, prepare reports for senior management and agents, assist in and direct the development of content creation programs, manage monthly agent eblasts, source and evaluate new technology, monitor corporate social media and ensure that the Chestnut Park brand is presented effectively online.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with other teams to help meet their needs on social media, through paid digital advertising and through SEO optimized digital content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously i.e. planning, scheduling, analyzing and communicating with digital and marketing team, sales representatives and leadership team
- Work with the digital marketing agency to develop initiatives to grow our digital and social media presence through internal and external programs and campaigns
- Ensure online content supports SEO goals, our industry brand standards, guidelines and legal and compliance requirements.
- Recommend and monitor benchmarks and KPIs to measure the impact of social media and content marketing efforts; analyze, interpret, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
- Maintain CPRE brand quality standards and guidelines across all digital channels.
- Lead, mentor and educate on current digital marketing trends and practices by critiquing projects, providing constructive feedback and supporting the build of impactful strategies to ensure smooth execution and exceptional results
- Create and implement digital marketing training sessions.
- Provide technical leadership to CPREs Sales Representatives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3+ years of proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist across all outlined channels above (social media, paid search and SEO).
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective communities, and best practices for engagement (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc)
- Solid knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization, keyword research, Google My Business; Google Analytics
- Strong project leadership, management and organizational skills
- Superior proofreading and copywriting skills
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Superb attention to detail
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and skills; working knowledge of Canva is an asset
- Excellent analytical, organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Critical and creative thinker with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Diplomatic and relationship building skills.
- A positive attitude and collaborative behavior to achieve team goals and objectives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and go above and beyond to meet deadlines
- Experience and/or knowledge of the Real Estate Industry would be an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
