- **Portfolio Manager**. Reporting for the present time to Servier Canada’s Director of Operations, and working in close conjunction with Oncology Medical Affairs and other departments, the incumbent will support medications, both marketed and in development, across various therapeutic areas within oncology.- Status of position: Permanent- Location of position: Canada; Hybrid office / work from home.**Role Purpose**:

- **Portfolio Manager, Oncology** will be responsible for planning and implementing all commercial and promotional activities for several medications/brands within highly competitive and rapidly evolving niche markets. The
- **Portfolio Manager** will play a key role in the planning and roll-out of a number of product launches. Specifically, this individual will need to orient and orchestrate all activities related to our full range of products, including in particular:
- Providing the strategic direction for the brands, and supporting their development and implementation in line with global guidance;
- Ensuring the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the promotional campaigns by creating the communication and messaging in line with the strategy;
- Developing the digital content for the omnichannel project portfolio, and implementing and monitoring digital activities through digital channels, such as online medical platforms, digital communication, etc.;
- Managing and liaising with suppliers and agencies in relation to the brand activities and promotion;
- Working within internal compliance, the PAAB code and the Innovative Medicines Canada Code of Ethical Practice Guidelines to ensure all activities and materials are compliant;
- Collaborating with the medical department to develop programs, including continuing health education programs (symposia, webinars and speaker trainings) and other programs for healthcare professionals or patients that are in line with the strategic direction;
- Collaborating with the Market Access department to implement and support access strategies of our products;
- Contributing to sales planning and evaluating product performance, monitoring field feedback, leading market research as required and recommending action plans to meet business objectives;
- Maintaining a high level of scientific knowledge;
- Liaising with other departments, including the global head office, on issues and opportunities relating to the products.

**Your background will ideally include**:

- Bachelor’s degree coupled with a degree or graduate diploma in Business
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role, i.e. product management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Prior experience leading successful product launches
- Solid background in the field of oncology, with experience in hematology being an asset
- Solid background in project management with demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Keen analytical and organizational/planning skills
- Ability to take initiative, show leadership and juggle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Digital savvy, with a high degree of computer literacy and excellent presentation skills
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills, with bilingualism in French written and spoken being an asset
- Proven teaming skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive and constructive relationships with individuals across the organization
- Forecasting and budget management skills
- Desire to work in a small team driven by Servier’s values, coupled with a genuine desire to improve patients’ lives
