Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between customers and our Heavy Truck service department. Your main goal will be to work with the service manager and Service Technicians to appropriately document customer complaint, cause of the complaint, and correction applied to fix the complaint. Other duties will be assigned by the Service Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the dealership
- Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle's issues
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timeframes
- Upsell additional services or accessories that may benefit the customer
- Schedule appointments for service and coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain open lines of communication with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed of any changes or delays
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Heavy Truck repair or related field is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of Heavy Truck systems
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $47,253.35-$74,673.45 per year
