**Direct Sales Consultant Job Description**:
As a Vivint Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for going door to door to promote and sell Vivint's innovative products and services to potential customers. Sales Representatives are vital in helping homeowners understand the importance of Home Automation and security while proactively earning their business. Own the sales process from start to finish with the support of the best customer service, operations, and Installation teams in the industry.
We are actively searching for Canadian Passport holders to hire for our H2B Visa program to work direct to home in Texas, USA. H2B Visa is valid for 4-6 months. Travel and Housing taken care of by Vivint.
**Responsibilities**:
- Interact directly with consumers to best understand their individual needs
- Customize solutions to protect and simplify customers’ lives
- You will receive up-to-date technology to help you to carry out your responsibilities.
- Door-to-door sales
**Job Requirements**:
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Customer Support experience is a plus.
- Must be honest and empathetic to the needs of customers.
- Someone who thrives in a team environment and can also be trusted to work independently.
- H2B valid country passports.
**Compensation**:
- Hourly - $15.25 USD/$18.50 CAD
- Commission - starting from $595 USD / $800 CAD
- Uncapped commission structure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4-6 months
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
