- Plan and manage construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure they are meeting project requirements
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timelines are met
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and daily logs

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or HeavyBid
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Ability to use Civil 3D software for project design and analysis
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software for document management
