Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) gestionnaire de production méticuleux(se), organisé(e) et concentré(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe créative.

Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous utiliserez vos compétences pour vous assurer que chaque aspect du processus de production, de la recherche de matériaux à la qualité finale du produit, répond aux normes les plus élevées.

**Responsabilités**:

- Superviser l'ensemble du processus de production pour les vêtements actifs et performants, de la conception à la livraison.
- Coordonner avec les fournisseurs, les fabricants et les vendeurs pour garantir une production opportune et de qualité.
- Gérer les plannings de production, les budgets et les délais pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de conception, de développement et de marketing pour exécuter la vision et la stratégie du produit.
- Mettre en œuvre des mesures de contrôle qualité pour maintenir des normes élevées de produit.
- Rester informé(e) des tendances de l'industrie, des technologies et des meilleures pratiques pour stimuler l'innovation.

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme de licence en design de mode, production de vêtements, commerce ou domaine connexe.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de la production, de préférence dans les vêtements actifs et performants.
- Solide connaissance des processus de production, de la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et de la construction de vêtements.
- Capacité prouvée à gérer plusieurs projets et délais dans un environnement rapide.

Excellentes compétences en communication, en négociation et en résolution de problèmes.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite et des logiciels de gestion de la production.

We are currently seeking a thorough, organized, and focused Production Manager to join our creative team. As part of this role, you will utilize your skills to ensure that every aspect of the production process, from materials sourcing to final product quality, meets the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire production process for active and performance apparel, from concept to delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure timely and quality production.
- Manage production schedules, budgets, and timelines to meet company goals.
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to execute product vision and strategy.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, Business, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in active and performance apparel.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, supply chain management, and garment construction.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and production management software.
