**About us**

King's Lock is a family owned distillery in Johnstown, Ontario. We make vodka, gins, whisky, rums, coolers and more from local grain and other produce. We are the only organic and kosher distillery in Ontario. We use grains from local farmers including our own farm. We make all our products on site.

Our work environment includes:

- Flexible working hours
- Relaxed atmosphere

**Responsibilities**:

- operate stall at various Farmer's Markets selling our organic premium spirits
- engage with market shoppers to come to the stall
- sell customers our organic, local vodka, gins, whisky, rum and coolers
- provide customers with small taste samples
- discuss distilling process
- operate the check out process
- set up and tear down booth display (tables, tent, product etc)
- drive to market
- prepare product to be transported to market
- count product leaving and returning to distillery and count cash

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 18 per week

Day range:

- Weekends only

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ottawa, ON (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-05-04
