**Working for the Department/Faculty
The Student Recruitment Centre of Expertise within the Office of the Registrar specialized in the recruitment of prospective undergraduate students to the University of Alberta.

**Position
Are you a motivated, knowledgeable, collaborative, and strategy-focused Student Recruitment professional who loves to work in a dynamic and complex environment? We are seeking to fill a Student Recruitment Service Partner position to support the undergraduate student recruitment needs of Augustana Campus and Campus Saint-Jean at the University of Alberta.

The Student Recruitment Service Partner is a service-minded professional who will work collaboratively with key faculty partners to develop prospective student recruitment strategies and tactical plans that will effectively support the recruitment and diverse enrolment objectives of Augustana Campus and Campus Saint-Jean. The Student Recruitment Service Partner will collaborate with leadership and staff positions in the Student Recruitment Center of Expertise within the Office of the Registrar to harmonize and align tactical faculty-level plans with the coordinated recruitment strategy within the Student Recruitment Centre of Expertise. They will lead an action team of Student Recruiters dedicated to each of these campuses to organize, deliver, and evaluate in-person and virtual recruitment events, presentations, yield activities, prospective student communications, and advising. This position will also lead staff who are responsible for delivering quality on-campus future student events and Campus Tour opportunities at Campus Saint-Jean and Augustana Campus.

**Duties**
- Recruitment strategies, tactics, and messaging in support of enrolment objectives
- Develop and evaluate campus-specific recruitment plans and tactics in support of the institutional and faculty priorities; ensures that strategies and plans support the EDI-I objectives of each campus, and of the university
- Acts as part of an integrated team of service partners and staff who support enrolment management within the Office of the Registrar and coordinates approaches in support the enrolment objectives of faculties/campuses, and the institution; ensures the University meets its overarching and targeted student recruitment goals
- Works closely with Student Services and Admission offices at Augustana Campus and Campus Saint-Jean to ensure an effective two-way flow of information
- Cultivates and enhances relationships with students, parents, alumni, secondary and post-secondary institutions
- Advise on key factors impacting student recruitment, including identifying opportunities and risks and advising on strategies to manage these risks
- Provides content expertise and works with communications and marketing supports to develop, implement, and maintain recruitment presentations, publications, and promotional initiatives for the Campuses
- Oversee the management of the Augustana Campus and Campus Saint-Jean UAlberta Ambassador and Campus Visit Programs, which provide opportunities for future students and community members to explore each of these campuses
- Leads two separate recruitment teams (total of 7.5 support staff), which includes hiring, training, on-boarding, mentoring and staff development, and performance reviews
