Indian Chef

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Indian Chef to join our team for our Indian Kitchen. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, planning and creating menus, and ensuring high-quality food production.
**Duties**:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create and modify menus to meet customer needs and preferences
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Monitor food costs and work within budgetary constraints
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and menus
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in food safety practices
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience in the food service industry
- Excellent food preparation skills
- Knowledge of bartending techniques (nice-to-have)
- Ability to handle food safely
- Hospitality mindset
Pay: From $6,800.00 per month
