- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est présentement à la recherche de techniciens ou de techniciennes en administration pour combler divers postes permanents à temps complet au sein de son Service de la paie, situé au 2400 boul. des Sources, à Pointe-Claire.
- Horaire de travail : du Lundi au Vendredi, de 8h00 à 16h00.
- Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le/la technicien(ne) en administration au Service de la paie:
- Participe à la préparation et à la distribution des chèques de salaire et/ou à la préparation des dépôts bancaires, à la compilation des données et à la préparation des rapports requis;
- Vérifie des rapports de la CARRA;
- Prépare des relevés 1/T4;
- Effectue des conciliations de la CSST et des comptes de grands livres;
- Analyse les dossiers plus complexes liés à la paie.

- Un salaire horaire de 24.21$ à 32.32$ selon expérience;

- Requirements :- Baccalauréat, DEC ou AEC en comptabilité*;
- Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, incluant Word et Excel;
- Capacité de travailler aisément en français et anglais (oral et écrit);
- Expérience dans le réseau de la santé et des services sociaux (un atout);
- Connaissance du système de paie Médisolution et/ou Logibec (un atout);
- Connaissance de la CARRA et des conventions collectives (des atouts).

Les compétences nécessaires au poste seront évaluées au moyen de tests.-
