This role will be a hybrid of technical writing, with the ability to understand the basics on tank and pressure vessel drawings as well as basic understanding of inspection procedures and inspection reports.

1. Search and find related asset data (drawings and previous inspection history) on SAP and shared drives.
2. Identify the asset type based on the available data and fill the "asset type" column in the tracking spreadsheet.
3. Assign appropriate Bentley inspection checksheet (grouping of indicators) to each asset
4. Identify inspection frequency in spreadsheet, based on existing inspection procedure document
5. Identify first inspection date in spreadsheet, based on existing inspection procedure document and previous inspection date
6. Develop detailed inspection instructions for each asset in Word using and referencing the MI program documents for guidance. Upload to SharePoint for processing.

Work can be done remotely or out of Peter Lucas head office.

**Salary**: Open to wage negotiations based on experience and qualifications.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience with preventative maintenance plans
- Previous experience reading drawings to understand limitations on inspections
- Advanced computer skills
