**Who we need**

We are seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to play a critical role in supporting the Materials Manager and the broader Array team with reporting, analyzing, and alerting regarding material status. You will ensure accurate and timely warehouse inventory and balance that inventory against production demand.

**What you will**:

- PFEP [Plan for Every Part]. You will support Development, Management, and Control of a new database in collaboration with the Materials manager and other Departments.
- Track materials usage. You will use predictive analytics tools to proactively plan inventory. You will create, define, and monitor item usage requirements in collaboration with procurement. You will track repeatable items to ensure adequate safety stock is available.
- Review and control inventory levels. You will work with the Warehouse and Procurement to determine a Plan of Action for excess and obsolete inventory. You will conduct a physical inventory, and cycle counts weekly, monthly, and annually in collaboration with the Warehouse and work to resolve the root causes of discrepancies. You will ensure inventory process compliance throughout the supply chain, including maintenance of inventory management system data integrity.
- Continuous improvement. You will identify gaps and areas to optimize the receiving and storage process and inventory movement.

**You have**:

- The education and experience. You have a background in Business Analysis, Data Management, Inventory Analysis or Inventory Management. Experience in Inventory/Materials and Supply Chain Management in Warehouses, Distribution Centers, and Manufacturing facilities would be considered an asset.
- The technical skills. You are highly proficient with MS Office Suite (especially Excel), extracting data from ERP systems and using analytics tools (such as PowerBI) to create dashboards and reports. You can quickly learn internal database software. Experience with IndustrIOS and/or Epicore would be considered an asset.
- The solution-oriented approach. You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with complex variables in situations under pressure. You can interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. You have strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
- The interpersonal skills. You have professional communication skills, and can build trusting relationships across all levels of stakeholders.
