Global workplace design and build firm with diverse capabilities in architecture, design, engineering, technology, holistic development, and wellness is seeking a Recruitment Manager / Talent Specialist based in their Toronto office. You will be supporting hiring needs across all of North America.

**Job Overview**

The primary objective of the Talent Specialist is to conduct proactive online investigations using a wide range of available search platforms to seek out new talent and to provide their profiles to leadership for further assessment.

You will work closely with the stakeholders to understand their vision and strategy for business growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Maintain current job descriptions applicable to the region
- Promote awareness within the company of potential talent and generate interest.
- At times, this will require you to help spot talents with ‘unconventional’ experiences who have the potential to bring unique skills to the team.
- Experience in recruitment is preferred as is an ability to build and maintain strong industry networks.

You are a natural brand builder and out-of-the-box thinker with an exceptional knack for seeing talent and their potential beyond their resume.

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
