We take pride in creating beautiful, functional landscapes that enhance our clients' properties.

As a Hardscape Landscaper, you will play a key role in our landscaping projects, focusing on the design, construction, and installation of hardscape elements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Hardscape Installation**: Execute the installation of various hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and water features.
- **Site Preparation**: Prepare job sites by clearing debris, grading surfaces, and ensuring proper drainage to support hardscape installations.
- **Material Handling**: Safely handle and transport materials including stone, concrete pavers, bricks, and other hardscape supplies.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate machinery and tools such as skid-steer loaders, excavators, compactors, and hand tools required for hardscape installation.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all hardscape installations meet company standards for quality, durability, and safety.

**Qualifications: Pay range will depend on experience and skills
- Looking for all levels**
- Proven experience in hardscape installation, including the construction of patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
- Proficiency in operating landscape construction equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting, bending, and kneeling.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Signing bonus of $500 at the end of the season if worked a full season (May-Mid Nov)

Opportunity to work with us in the off season (winter) as well in indoor construction/renovations

**Salary**: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Signing bonus

Work Location: On the road

Expected start date: 2024-04-22
