We are hiring an **Operations Administrator | Receptionist**to support the continued growth of our Oakhill operations.

**Primary Goal**:
The goal of the Operations Administrator | Receptionist is to provide our customers with the best experience they have all day and to support our growing operations. A sample range of duties include:

- Front desk customer service - telephone inquiries, processing cash transactions, retail sales
- Administrative support to the team
- Data input and management
- Records management: scanning, classifying, maintaining and inventory of records

**Skills**:

- Present with positivity and professionalism
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others and undertake self-directed tasks when necessary
- Experience with using the following software | Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word and Teams

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Full-time hours**: 30 to 40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
