**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to executives
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with meeting coordination and preparation, including taking minutes
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and equipment

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using DocuSign for electronic document signing
- Experience with QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
- Excellent administrative skills, including organization, time management, and multitasking
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong typing skills and ability to transcribe accurately
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Familiarity with using Outlook Calendar for scheduling and coordination

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
