The technician will be responsible for:

- Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Tiling, Electrical, Plumbing, Compound, Sanding, etc
- Willingness to be trained in other trade specialties.
- Perform cleanups and service on the site as per requirement.
- Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work
- Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
- Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge
- Flooring Repair and Installation
- Painting Interior and Exterior

Qualifications:

- Ready to travel across Ontario.
- Building Environmental Systems diploma from a Community College or equivalent approved related working experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in carpentry and Construction.
- Knowledge, training and experience in: HVAC equipment, computerized building management systems, electrical systems distribution, fire alarm and sprinkler systems including operation of and testing requirements, emergency diesel generator operations, resident call systems, etc.
- Ability to read, write English and effectively communicate verbal or written instructions for staff
- Repeatedly lift to 50lbs

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
