**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the Supervisor for Intake and Assessment - Addictions Services and working in a multi-disciplinary team the Intake Facilitator is responsible for supporting the flow of individuals through the intake, assessment and treatment process.

The Intake Facilitator will demonstrate the following:

**Experience**:

- Experience and knowledge working in addictions services, and/or mental health services.

**Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)**:

- Undergraduate degree in health or social sciences and/or combination of relevant experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a creative and organized manner and experience working effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with an extensive network of addiction and mental health resources.
- Strong decision making, analytical and leadership skills.
- An understanding of, and sensitivity to, working with culturally diverse populations.
- The ability to communicate in French will be considered an asset.

Effective April 1, 2024, Golden West Centennial Lodge will also be part of the WRHA legal entity.
