We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director to oversee all aspects of our camp program. The Marketing Director will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a wide range of activities and ensuring the safety and well-being of all campers.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive camp program that aligns with the organization's mission and values
- Create and manage camp schedules, including daily activities, special events, and field trips
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise camp staff members
- Provide guidance and support to staff in delivering high-quality programming
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of camper enrollment, attendance, and incident reports
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding camp updates and important information
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resources and support for camp activities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the camp program and make recommendations for improvement

**Skills**:

- Strong digital marketing skills to promote the camp program through various online channels
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing marketing materials
- Sales experience to attract new campers and increase enrollment
- Analytics skills to track and analyze camp data for decision-making purposes
- Research abilities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Knowledge of advertising strategies to effectively market the camp program
- Experience in product management to develop innovative camp offerings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
