**Job Summary**:
Reporting directly to the department supervisor, the **CNC Junior Operator** is responsible for setting up and operating our CNC router, milling, and lathe, as directed by the department supervisor. The CNC Junior Operator will work in collaboration with other machinists (operators, programmers, and conventional machinists), our production department, and the mechanical engineering department to manufacture the equipment and parts required for our packaging machines and production lines.

**We are looking for an junior CNC Operator with the following**:

- Experience in CNC operation (ideally as a set up man).
- Completed DEP(DVS) or ASP(AVS) in Machining or equivalent.
- Able to read and interpret the blueprints and work instructions.
- Able to use calipers, micrometers and measuring instruments to examine parts adequately.
- Knowledge of the cutting tools.
- Good team player with strong time management skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills.

**Sommaire du Poste**:
Sous la responsabilité directe du chef de département, l'**opérateur junior CNC** est chargé du réglage et de de l'opeartion de notre routeur, de notre fraiseuse et de notre tour CNC, selon les instructions du chef de département. L'opérateur junior CNC travaillera en collaboration avec d'autres machinistes (opérateurs, programmeurs et machinistes conventionnels), notre département de production et le département d'ingénierie mécanique pour fabriquer l'équipement et les pièces nécessaires à nos machines d'emballage et à nos lignes de production.

**Nous recherchons un opérateur CNC Junior avec les compétences suivantes**:

- Expérience en tant qu'opérateur CNC (idealement comme set-up man)
- DEP(DVS) ou ASP(AVS) en usinage ou équivalent.
- Capable de lire et d'interpréter les bleus et les instructions de travail.
- Capable d'utiliser des pieds à coulisse, des micromètres et des instruments de mesure pour examiner les pièces de façon adéquate.
- Connaissance des outils de découpage.
- Bon esprit d'équipe et bonnes compétences en matière de gestion du temps.
- Volonté d'acquérir de nouvelles compétences.
