The Corix team has an opportunity for a **Supervisor, Business Operations. **This position can be Remote or Hybrid if the incumbent is located near our offices.** The Supervisor oversees day-to-day business operations and is responsible for utility administration, procurement, fleet, and the asset management program, including the on-going implementation of the computerized maintenance management system. The Supervisor also supports continuous improvement activities and the delivery of special projects and initiatives.
**What you'll do**:
- ** Process Ownership and Oversight**: Ensure the end-to-end processes for utility administration, procurement, fleet and asset management are running smoothly and efficiently.
- ** Strategic Project Support**: Support the Director, Business Operations with corporate strategic projects, process development, process improvement initiatives and change management.
- **Continuous Improvement & Change Management**: Work in close partnership with cross-functional team leads to drive continuous improvement initiatives and key business priorities and support associated change management activities.
- ** Data and Process Analysis**: Define, document and assess processes and develop and propose data-backed solutions to improve efficiency and/or increase productivity.
**General Responsibilities**
- Procurement: Oversee, facilitate, and support the organization’s procurement process from executing quotes and contracts to vendor payments.
- Maintenance Program: Support Area Managers and Area Supervisors in building and maintaining their maintenance programs and linear and vertical asset inventory for set-up in the CMMS and GIS databases.
- Legal Contracts: Support the drafting and execution of legal agreements where necessary and track fully executed copies, schedules and amendments.
- Key Performance Indicators: Facilitate the data collection and analysis for monthly KPI reports.
- Repair & Replacement: Facilitate the development and annual update of the Repair & Replacement (R&R) sheets in collaboration with Operations, FP&A, Accounting and Regulatory Affairs.
- Project Management: Project manage or support new or on-going strategic initiatives and special projects both company-wide and within
- Perform other related duties as required.
**What you bring**:
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role.
**Education**:
- High School Diploma required.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret various sources of information and data
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative with sound decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Annual Salary Range: $77,300 -92,700 CAD
