**Key Position Functions Includes**:

- Guides the Finance team to ensure SAP system processes are aligned with business requirements for FICO and BPC module
- Recommends and implements improvements and enhancements to the Stream-Flo Group’s SAP system based on identified business requirements
- Provides support for cross Module integrations with FICO
- Analyzes, defines and documents business system requirements including interfaces between FICO, other SAP modules, and non-SAP systems, and provides direction and guidance on integration points
- Evaluates requests for new SAP functionality, conducting discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather business requirements, including functional and technical requirements, information needs and business processes
- Identifies and recommends cost-effective ways to streamline business processes and to eliminate redundant or outdated procedures and processes
- Assesses, documents and communicates risk for projects, system and process changes involving FICO modules
- Documents functional requirements and specifications to guide development of all FRICEW objects for FICO modules
- Facilitates consensus on system & process changes that impact multiple business areas
- Leads the implementation of new SAP BPC and FICO functionality, including business process alignment, configuration and development of standard and custom SAP solutions, testing and support
- Uses knowledge of testing methodologies, processes and tools for testing of system functionality, including unit, integration, system, regression and dry run testing
- Designs and develops test plans (test objectives, test cases, test data, test scripts) for executing unit, integration, system or acceptance testing in order to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements
- Assists with incident management, including triage of production defects and routing to appropriate internal or external support resources
- Participates in management and definition of Master Data governance and assists with Master Data issues and changes for FICO modules
- Provides support for Security requirements for BPC and FICO modules; including Functional testing, design inputs and assist with management of change for the users
- Creates and maintains business process and system documentation
- Ability to learn from existing configuration and processes and update documents related to SAP FICO and BPC to reflect the current system state
- Provides basic training and knowledge transfer to business personnel
- Provides training to super users and Business Process Owners on the new and existing functionality in the system to create training artifacts in and outside the training tools
- Provides assistance to super users and Business Process Owners on test
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent
- SAP certification
- Superior written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, strong ability to think logically
- 8+ years of SAP implementation and configuration experience
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) - costing, variance analysis, consolidation and planning, split valuation, COPA, material ledger, intercompany operations
- 5+ years of leadership experience in business planning and execution
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC)
- 2+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA
- Industry experience with SAP Industrial Machinery and Components
- Deep experience with SAP best practices and implementation methodologies
- Ability to handle and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
