L'**Analyste d’affaires Ventes & Distribution** conçoit, met en place et supporte les solutions d’affaires au sein des équipes de ventes internes, externes et de la chaine d’approvisionnement. Il/elle s’assure que ceux-ci livrent la valeur attendue pour l’organisation dans une perspective d’optimisation, d’amélioration continue et d’innovation. Il/elle utilise ses connaissances avancées avec le module SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) et son expérience en gestion de commandes et ventes pour supporter l’équipe de gestion dans l’élaboration et la mise en place de la vision d’affaires.

**Responsabilités confiées**
- Assurer la stabilisation des modules SAP SD en contribuant à titre de leader aux activités de conception, de documentation, de tests, d’implantation, de formation et de coaching des solutions de gestion des commandes et de la chaîne d’approvisionnement;
- Supporter la gestion de la performance des processus d’affaires en contribuant à la création de tableaux de bord au moyen d’outils d’intelligence d’affaires, afin d’identifier les sources d’écarts engendrant de la non-performance;
- Assurer un rôle d’expert d’affaires dans l’analyse et la résolution de problèmes en proposant des solutions concrètes, efficaces et adaptées au contexte, tout en veillant à ce que les processus évoluent de façon compatible et efficace;
- S’assurer de la coordination de ses efforts avec les analystes des autres unités d’affaires dans l’élaboration des solutions, notamment dans la définition des requis, les phases de tests et l’analyse des impacts sur les processus existants;
- Développer une relation de partenaire d’affaires avec les gestionnaires de manière à influencer les équipes opérationnelles dans le développement et l’utilisation des bonnes pratiques;
- Démontrer un haut sens de l’autonomie et des priorités en assurant une communication étroite avec ses collègues et son gestionnaire.

**Facteurs de réussite**:

- **Bagage technique **:Votre baccalauréat en commerce, gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou en administration (ou équivalent), combiné avec vos 3 ans d’expérience en analyse de processus vous permettent de comprendre les enjeux actuels de la chaîne d’approvisionnement dans un contexte de croissance rapide ;
- **Expertise SAP**: Votre maitrise et votre expérience avec les modules SAP _Sales & Distribution (SD_) vous aide à intégrer rapidement l’équipe projet et apporter rapidement de la valeur (connaissance d’autres modules tels que MM/PP/EWM/SCM/FICO sont de réels atouts);
- **Esprit d’analyse **:Vous avez une facilité à concevoir et analyser des situations complexes et en dégager des solutions orientées sur le service client simples et adaptées au contexte d’affaires;
- **Partenaire d’affaires**: Vous optez toujours pour une approche de collaboration et de solution. Vos compétences interpersonnelles et vos conseils suite à vos analyses sont très appréciés puisque vous privilégiez la communication et les échanges avec vos collaborateurs dans la réalisation de vos objectifs;
- **Rigueur et autonomie**: Vous avez un souci du travail bien fait et portez attention aux fins détails dans un contexte d’autonomie élevée ;
- **Environnement de travail dynamique**: vous êtes à l’aise et résilient dans un contexte de travail aux changements réguliers et rapides;
- **Bilinguisme**: Vous êtes bilingue et maîtriser le français et l’anglais autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
