Coordinator - Picture

**The Coordinator position at Loewen is a dynamic and communicative role. This position has the ability to work independently, and also to flex in multiple jobs throughout the shift. We are looking for a Coordinator to join the Picture team on the Day Shift.**

**Full time - Monday to Thursday, between the hours of to 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.**

**Duties**:

- Work as a member of a team with department leadership to run an effective, efficient department
- Act as a key person in the designated work area
- Ensure materials are available for use
- Update stock out report and run system for company visibility
- Ensure leadership is aware of all situations regarding planning, quality, personnel, safety and materials

**Requirements**:

- Ability to flex between multiple jobs throughout shift
- Ability to work independently (self-motivated)
- Ability to understand and write simple correspondences as well as verbal communication in English
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and motivate team members
- Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs.
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Experience working with chop saw
- Knowledge of department processes
- Knowledge of Loewen quality standards
